About Us

We are local to Wichita, KS and always have been. We currently own 42 rental homes, and expand whenever it is practical.

In nearly all instances, someone from our family will show you an open house, or show up to fix a maintenance issue. We take pride in our homes, and hope you enjoy renting from us.

Lamont and Vicki started the rental business in 1984, growing from one house to the current 42 in a little over 30 years. As they begin to slow down and enjoy life, Rachel, their daughter has stepped in to take over day to day management of the rental business. She is also quite handy, and will most likely fix your maintenance issue- but she isn't afraid to back out and let the professionals handle it either! In 2017, Rachel completed the family with her husband, Willie, who is also a great handyman when he isn't working his own full time job in the computer/software industry.
